MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. We have to protect both your interests and the interests of our lady members. As a result we have certain conditions we have to impose upon our Membership. There are also commitments you should accept before joining membership to ensure you receive the best results that we guarantee.
   
   
2. Once you have joined the Membership we would expect you to receive correspondence from any of our UK or Thailand based lady members who have chosen you from your membership Profile. You should always be courteous in your replies and if you arrange to meet any Thai Lady members in Thailand from your own correspondence, we must supervise this. There are no charges for this supervision it is merely for the safety and comfort of all parties.
   
   
3. We guarantee that we will introduce you to your ideal Thai partner and we will relentlessly introduce you to our Thai Lady members. You must however choose each lady with a view to a serious permanent relationship, as our services are not in any way designed to provide you with merely a holiday companionship before you move on to the next introduction. The only exceptions to our “Guarantee of introducing you to your ideal Thai partner” are first, you are not looking to replace previous relationships, which of course is impossible; you are not looking for an absolutely fabulous and perfect partner, which of course you will never find.
   
   
4. Our Thai lady members are very traditional in their cultural ways and close personal relationships must not be entered into unless you have already taken time to learn about the individual lady member and you are both sure you wish to make a life commitment to each other.
   
   
5. If you choose a lady from our lists or at our Thai office and the lady does not have her own transport and has to travel from her home town or city to meet you, it would be courteous to offer to pay the small fee for her to return home again if you did not meet each other’s expectations.
   
   
6. You must not sit back and wait ladies to choose you. You must choose lady members from the initial contacts we provide with your membership. Each letter need only be very short stating that you saw the lady’s details through Traditional Thai Ladies Introductory Services and that you were very interested in learning more about her. Enclose a photograph of yourself in each letter and then wait for the replies.
   
   
7. You must accept that the number of letters you receive from UK Thai ladies may be limited as obviously the number of Thai lady members we offer in Thailand is far greater. Therefore, upon joining our membership you should be prepared to travel if your ideal partner contacted you from Thailand but was not eligible to travel to visit you for a holiday.
   
   
8. All contact information concerning our Thai lady members is provided to you exclusively and must never be passed on to any third party.
   
   
9. When providing us with personal documentation to assist with marriage or Immigration services the greatest of care, confidentiality and responsibility will be taken with these documents. However, Traditional Thai ladies Introductory Services cannot be held responsible in any way for these documents whilst in our care.
   
   
10. The utmost care and respect to all Thai lady members and their culture must be shown at all times.
    
    

Finally, although we have never needed to enforce any of the above terms, and have never revoked a Membership in the whole history of Traditional Thai Ladies Introductory Services Limited, we do reserve the right to cancel your Membership is we feel any of these terms have been compromised.
